Why haven't I received my receipt?

If you have already checked your spam or junk folder without success, it is possible that your mail server, also referred to as an email server, has quarantined our emails. In this situation, you or your system administrator will need to release and unblock emails from ams@ams-samplers.com.

If an order is placed with an AMS representative, please be aware that a receipt will only be sent once the order is fulfilled.
