Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for returning unused Goods is 30 days after the order was received by the end user. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform AMS, Inc. of Your decision by means of a clear statement. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are originated by an AMS, Inc. representative. You can inform us of Your decision by emailing ams@ams-samplers.com or by calling 800.635.7330.

Conditions for Returns

In order for unused Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the Goods were purchased in the last 30 days and Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of custom manufactured Goods
• The supply of used Goods
• The supply of liners
• The supply of liner caps
• The supply of soil augers six inches or greater (outer diameter of the auger's cylinder)

AMS, Inc, reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to AMS, Inc. Goods need to be sent to the following address:

AMS, Inc. is not liable for Goods returned to AMS, Inc. without an RMA number. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, AMS, Inc. recommends an insured and trackable mail service. AMS, Inc. is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
