Soil Auger Restoration Process
- Preparation: Please ensure all augers are thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated to remove soil and debris before shipping. This helps us start repairs promptly and prevents contamination or delays.
- RMA Request: Contact our team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping Guidelines: Once you've obtained your RMA number, securely package the augers and ship them using your preferred carrier. Clearly display the RMA number on the package for smooth processing. (Note: We aren't liable for shipments received without a valid RMA number.)
- Inspection & Repair: Upon receipt, we'll inspect the augers. If repairable, they'll enter our restoration process.
- Timeline & Billing: Restoration turnaround time is typically one to two weeks. Once completed, we'll reach out to arrange payment.
- Return Delivery: Restored augers will be shipped back via UPS® Ground, at your expense.
