Soil Auger Restoration Process

Preparation: Make sure all augers are thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated to remove soil and debris before shipping. This helps us begin repairs promptly and prevents contamination or delays.

RMA Request: Contact our friendly team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping Guidelines: Once you've obtained your RMA number, securely package the augers and ship them using your preferred carrier. Clearly display the RMA number on the package for smooth processing. Note: We aren't liable for shipments received without a valid RMA number.

Inspection & Repair: When your augers arrive, we'll inspect them. If they're repairable, they'll enter our restoration process.

Timeline & Billing: Restoration turnaround is typically one to two weeks. Once completed, we'll reach out to arrange payment.

Return Delivery: Restored augers will be shipped back via UPS® Ground, at your expense.
