How Do I Restore My Soil Augers?

  • Preparation: Make sure your augers are thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated to remove soil and debris before shipping. This helps us begin repairs promptly and prevents any contamination or delays.

  • RMA Request: Contact our team to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

  • Shipping Guidelines: Once you've received your RMA number, securely package your augers and ship them using your preferred carrier. Clearly display the RMA number on the package for smooth processing. Note: We aren't liable for shipments received without a valid RMA number.

  • Inspection & Repair: When they arrive, we'll inspect them. If they're repairable, they'll enter our restoration process.

  • Timeline & Billing: Restoration turnaround is typically one to two weeks. Once they're ready, we'll contact you to arrange payment.

  • Return Delivery: We'll ship them back via UPS® Ground at your expense.
